Summers in the Pacific Northwest can. not. be. beat. Which makes Summer my favorite season to photograph in. There's no shivering kids (or adults) with bulky layers, and everyone tends to feel a little (okay, maybe a lot) happier with a bit of sunshine on their face, it's just all-around great.
This night was just about as perfect as you could ask for - warm weather and gorgeous, dreamy light as the sun set on Portland. Plus, this amazing city backdrop! I love green trees as much as the next Portland-native, but it's so fun to mix things up every so often and this cityscape is just as beautiful! We managed to capture the Morrison, Hawthorne, and Tilikum Crossing bridges - love those PDX icons!
