Mukilteo Family Session . Oregon and Washington Family Photographer
While I'm thrilled to be based out of the Portland area now, I really look forward to my seasonal travel sessions up to Washington. And shooting with this family of six on a bright morning at Mukilteo Lighthouse Beach was the perfect start to a gorgeous Saturday of shooting! These parents were super patient and just let me do my thing, and their patience really paid off - we got some gorgeous images and captured some real, genuine family moments. Nothing ever goes perfectly at a session; despite the bright sun, the temperature was just above 40 degrees when we got started, and their to-die-for little guy was not real thrilled to be there, but we just kept at it and it all came together beautifully. Loved watching this family in action - I honestly wrapped the session so inspired by how kind this sweet family is to each other. Such a treat to get to know them. (Also, by the end I was holding their little guy and we pointed out boats and birds together - swoon! They all give in eventually.) Looking forward to my Summer Travel Sessions!
